How To Cure Pain On The Right Side Of Ovary And Lower Right Back Pain?

I Have had pain in my right what feels like my ovary and lower right back pain for the last five months. In addition I get bloated after eating and it became so severe that I am eating a vegan diet to help with bloating. Now I'm peeing at least once an hour and at night I usually get up to pee several times. Many times I lay down and 5 minutes later I'm up to the bathroom. I got off of Yaz BC a year ago and had surgery for endometriosis 19 years ago. I'm now 40--never had children. My dr ordered an ultasound and the C125 test. What are the chances this is just endo returning?
