How To Cure Painful Pimple On Clitoris?

hi... Im 16 years old and not too thin, i had T.B abdoman before..! And i have a problem in my vagina. I have a very itchy but painful pimple just right below my clitorous. And i get a very unpleasant smell coming from my vagina all the time.. It rmells like something rotted inside.. Im so embarressed because when i get active i can smell it.. I am sexually active but i do use protection and i also get a smelly yellow discharg all the time.. I really need help! *crying and fed up*
