How To Cure Rashes Like Itchy Bumps Inside The Arms & Upper Inside The Legs?

I started with a rash on the inside of my arms about a week ago, red itchy pumps, my arms are especially red in the creases, the rash is now on the upper inside of y my legs and in between some of my fingers I have bee taking natural type remedies and started benedyrl yesterday, it is worse on my legs this morning doesnt seem to been getting any better I do have an autoimmume disorder what can I do to stop and reverse this rash
