How To Cure Scar On Lungs?

i am 46 yrs old man just come from saudi arabia and apply for work in a other company of the same kingdom during the madical they found old scar on the lungs because i had the TB around 6 year before now no more this disease now as per medical report of health clinic during medical examination refused to give clearance because of new rule that who had the lungs scars can not have the visa to work in KSA and i have to cancel my documents in the agency not allowed to inter KSA, i am healthy ang how to remove the scars from the lungs please let me know if any possibility to remove the scar from the lungs.
