How To Cure Severe Pain During Periods?

hi im halima, my age is 27, height is 5.5 and weight is 12 stones. my problem is i had a chocolate cyst on my right ovary it was a large cyst, i had laproscopy followed by laprotomy 2 june 2010. i was given 2 injections of lucrine depo to stop my periods for 3, 3 months. my periods started on 5th of march 2011. 1st 3months were fine i didn't have any pains during my periods, but after that i started having unbearable pains during my periods again. today my gp send me for a scan and im so upset of hearing that i have several chocolate cysts. i am also trying for a baby. can i conceive like this or chances are lower. please tell me what should i do.
