How To Cure Shallow Right Paracentral L5-s1 Mildly Abutting Dural Sac?

Is there any surgical proceedure that can be done for a person with a shallow right paracentral L5-S1 disc protrusion mildly abutting dural sac. It has been 18 years since the injury and have tried everything possible to aleviate the pain and nothing works.
