How To Cure Spots At The Lower Part Of Cheek, Chin And Spreading Towards Forehead?

My 3 year old son has suddenly developed some spots on his lower part of the cheek and chin. It has spread to his forehead as well now. The spots are either skin colored or white.
He is doing fine health-wise and has not been sick recently and no change in diet or weather as well.
Please help! Today is Friday and a holiday here... The earliest I can visit a doctor is on Monday. Not sure if I need to take him to Emergency for this.
