How To Cure The Cracking, Bleeding And Peeling Of The Skin In Hands?

had chemo and radiation this time in 2009 through march 2010. Mitomycin and 5fu. My hands peeled. They have never stopped only now the skin becomes thick and hard and cracks bleeds and peels. Also my elbows look like excema but not similar to hands what can I do? I have tried all kinds of steroid creams, bag balm, aquaphor sleeping in cotton gloves it helps a bit but as soon as I stop they crack and bleed again. It is painful to do anything involving hands
