How To Cure The Enlarged Uterus And Multiple Masses On It?

I had a pelvic ultrasound two weeks ago and they discovered I had an enlarged uteras and multiple masses. It appears that they are fibroid but they are not sure yet additional symptoms worry me weight loss since 09/19 to today I have lost 18 lbs., my lower back aches and it is difficult to stand up at times, I have groin pains and aches at times not always just off and on and my sides sometimes feel like a muscle is being pulled and is tight what should I expect and what questions should I ask. I am seeing a gyn doctor tomorrow about my options..
