How To Cure Urticaria?

Iam Anu ...iam suffering from a skin disease urtekeria ....day by day rashes,sweling and itching are coming on my face and all over the body ....when a mosquito bites,after that how it will we like that it will be on my body and face ...mostly swelling comes on my lips and eye .....at my child hood it came and then gone ...now my age is 23 ..now rashes and sweeling is coming day by day ...i went to one homeo doctor it is controlled for 6 months .now again the rashes and sweeling is coming ...went urterikeria comes on day by day iam using cetrizen tablet to control ...without using cetrizen tables swelling are not going ..with swelling i cant go outside .thats why using cetrizen ...why urtrikeria will comes..by eating any food items does urtekeria will come ...how to control that urtekeria ....please give me solution and how to control that ..because of any food items is urtekeria comes ....thanku ...
