How To Get Of Red Rashes And Itchiness On My Palms?

I spread lawn lime under my house in my crawlspace to get rid of moisture and a musty smell. While crawling around on my hands and knees, my hands came into contact with the lime. I am now experiencing a very itchy, red rash that is made up of bumps on my palms. Is this from the lime itself or can one be allergic to lime? Age 27 height 68" weight 150lbs no major medical history
