How To Get Relief From Menstrual Cramps?

HI,
Just suffering from menstrual cramps. over the past 3 months my menstrual cramps have increased in pain. My mentstrual blood has also become stringier and also darker in color. I'm just wondering what the problem is? I'm 26 and have a clean medical history. Thanks.
