How To Get Rid Of Acne?

My daughter attends UT-Knoxville, she is 22, and has acne. She has had it for years, I believe it is hereditary. I had it, and doctors tried everything. The only thing that helped me was accutane. I am weary of her taking it, because I've heard of bad things when a women becomes pregnant after taking it. My daughter has oily skin like me. She gets big pimples under the skin, now she has little white dots all over her face, and she has blackheads. Do you have a recommendation for a good Dermatologist in Knoxville? Or a treatment preferecne for acne?
