How To Get Rid Of Acne?

Hi, I was prescibed tetralysal 300mg by my dermatologist. she also advised me to use tretinoin solution and clindamycin solution. i have fairly clear skin and i only have like 4 acne in my face, may i know what the side effects of these medications are? thanks!
