How To Get Rid Of Bumps On The Vaginal Area?

I am 24 years old, 175cm and weighs about 66kg and I have never had any disease before.
I have these dots/bumps on my labia's and sometimes in the mittle of the day they itches so bad. And I take showers every day because I feel like my discharge smells bad! I have been chekked for variours VD's and have nothing, but my doctor back home could not figure out what it was! please help!
