How To Get Rid Of Facial Hair?

This situation has to do with facial hair, I am a 28yr old women, i have facial hair on my chin, a lower jaw line, the hair on my chin is corse and stubburn, I have alopecia artnea, acne on my neck that look like cyst, and some of the cyst has ingrown hair, discoloration of the skin, (were the acne was), hormonal imblance and a hard time losing weight even though i work out 3 time a day for 45min.. Do you think a cortisone shot will help out with those issues that i have?
