How To Get Rid Of Heavy Vaginal Bleeding?

my age 37 , i have advised novex-ds (ormeloxifen hcl tabs 60 mg) as my endometric layer thickness is 13.9 in the month of jun . I used them weekly twice for a month and i stopped them immediately as i got suffered with so many problems mainly drug reaction and severe allergy. since that my periods were irregular now this month the thickness of endometric layer found 20 mm . No irregularities found in scan. But the main problem is continuous bleeding since 14 days. My dr advised me to take Trenaxa 500 mg injections-2 daily for 2 days. even after that I didnot get relief from heavy bleeding. now she told that i will come down. off course now 11th day it come down to 3 napy pads from 10 . she advised me mecgla for 1 month (2 tabs daily), livogen for one month. I dont have pain but still bleeding now and then. how to get rid of this plz. how to stop the bleeding immediatly . plz.
