How To Get Rid Of Holes On Nose?

I am 57 and have pretty good skin. I never had acne. I did have pimples here and there. On each side of my nose in the indentation where my nose meets my face on the upper area I have 2 pin size holes that have been there for a year or so. Make up gets stuck in them. It is like they were deep black heads that never came to the surface and never closed up. You can see no darkness or signs of pimples, just the holes. I have no acne scars. At one time I tried to use a pin to see of there was something in there that needed to come out and tried other methods alway making it sterile when doing it. Anyway I did that over six months ago and the holes still haven't gone away. What do you think? How can I get rid of them so my makeup doesn't stick there where you can see it?
