Doctor, i have frequent joint pains and had undergone recently ASO test which gave a titre of 200 IU/ml (the test for ANA and rheumatic factor answered negative and ECG showed normal.) How can i get rid of my joint pains( par. knee joint) as i cant indulge in my daytoday activities
