How To Get Rid Of Mobile Lump In Vagina?

mobile lump/bump along entry of vagina Recently I have noticed by touch, that there is a quarter size lump/bump right along the entry of my vagina. It does not hurt nor does it show any signs of inflammation or infection. It is just there. I have been bleeding irregularly recently after having a pap smear that came back normal with no traces of cancerous cells. I was given birth control pills to help regulate my period and so far...it has reduced the bleeding initially but now I seem to have tender breast,slight cramps and medium bleeding. I have no idea on what is going on!!! I just turned 28 and my body has been changing...please help me understand what is going on.
