How To Get Rid Of Pain Due To Severe Neck Muscle Spasm?

Hello Dr. I am suffering from severe neck muscle spasm due to lifting excessive heavy weights since 10 days. X ray is fine. I have been reccommended Mobizox by the ortho. Is it good to take it? I am unable to bear the pain when i lie down to sleep. Please suggest.
