HI, I GAINED ABOUT 20LBS IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME (3-4 MONTHS). I HAVE LOST SOME OF THAT WEIGHT ABOUT 10LBS AND NOW HAVE HIDEOUS STRETCH MARKS ON THE BACK OF MY LEGS, BEHIND MY KNEES AND ON MY THIGHS. THEY ARE LIGHTEN THAN MY SKIN COMPLEXION, SO THEY ARE OLD. I'M CONSIDERING GAINING THE WIGHT BACK AND EXERCISE TO RE-TIGHTEN MY SKIN. DO YOU THINK THIS WILL HELP?
