How To Get Rid Of Swelling On Back Side Of Thigh?

Having a swelling on back side thigh on the uper side of the knee joint. Age 25, hight - 5 3 . Shown a doctor and he suggested to do a MRI scan and FNAC Scan. Previously we have already done a Thyroid test and no thyroid found. Please suggest.
