How To Get Rid Of Waxed Mark On Chin?

Hi Doctor. I got my chin waxed day before and now there is big wax mark. Since, I am quite fair, this mark is quite visible. I tried ice, lemon juice and turmeric powder yesterday but the effort went in vain. I am not under any medication. Can you please help?
