How To Heal Fall Injury Mediated Headache And Pain In Eyebrow Region?

hello My name is Celeste. 3 days ago, i slipped pretty hard falling onto a mable floor and slamming my head (brow area) hard into the floor. The fall was possible broken a bit by my hip hitting first. I iced it for about an hour, and made sure i dind t fall asleep until several hours after that. Since then, I have had a SLIGHT headache over my eyebrow. Nothing too bothersome to complain about. My coworkers noticed the swelling over my brow and suggested i see the nurse we have on staff here at the job, i casually said i would go. I don t feel that bad, but i m wondering if i am taking this too lightly because i am not in that much pain. It hurts when i touch it, and as i mentioned above, i have a slight presence of a headache. Looking for expert advise...
