How To Heal Feet Injury?

i had gone to a waterpark and scratched the upper part of my feet to the walls of the pool... it caused a wound and my upper layer of skin has peeled off.. i cleaned it with savlon and applied band aid... its been 2 days now and now it has started paining a lot with redness and little swelling.. kindly suggest
