How To Join The Upper And Lower Skin And Its Medicines?

my mother is operated for breat lump in between 2nd &3 rd stage , after suregry the wound inside notice after openig the clips due to diabetis ,then they asked us to control glucose and given Antibiotics like Ampilox and Septron and i have given this for 3 course,then due to 3 course she was feeliging uncofortable in stomach,also doctrs have told stope antibiotics and Septorn as wound in not infected as dressing was done to her by myself regularly also now with biodine,spitir and tinture iodine and further after stiching was done ,still the tissues of upper skin &Lower skin have not joined ,mother is around eighty eyears of age ,please guide me how to join the cut and required medicines and proceedure
