How To Prevent Clitoris Itching And Skin Rawness?

Hi, I have a raw red spot directly above my clitoris. I ve been tested for STDs before and haven t ever had anything come back positive. This isn t the first time it s happened either. It generally starts out as a minor itch and then becomes raw. I am 20 pounds over weight so I don t know if it s my skin rubbing together. I also have extremely sensitive skin so maybe that is a factor? But the soap and laundry detergent I use is for sensitive skin. I also notice I get irritated if I wear underwear daily. Another thing is I have a lot of mild food allergies and a thyroid problem. I m quite concerned and it obviously hurts so I d like to find a way to prevent this in the future.
