How To Prevent Miscarriage During Pregnancy?

hi My Wife had missed abortion in her 13 week after 2yrs now she concived and doctor suggested her sustain 200 and MHR and Rovamycin forte.
we are worried that this time also the pregnency do not convert into miscarrage.
She had concived 8 days ago.
