How To Recover From Adenomyosis?

i am 37 yrs old and i was diagnosed of having an adenomyosis and i was treated by my dr. for 6 mnths of a shots and she repeated my transv and she found out that its just a minimal decrease in size of my previous transv... can i be cure of adenomyosis
