How To Reduce Excessive Bleeding Caused By Implants?

i have been on the implant for 9 months now and my periods have been really bad some months i have had no period which has been so good and others i have been on my period for about 2 weeks, this month has been really bad i have been on twice all ready in the same month and now i have been on my period for about 15 days and its still really heavy and there is no signs of it stopping soon, im getting really worried and i dont know what to do because i dont want to have to get the implant taken out because i think its one of the best contreceptives because i have already tried most of the others and i like this one the best, but since i have been having really long and heavy periods i dont know what to do because its really affecting what i do , pleasee help:(
