How To Reduce Hair Fall?

Hello doc, i am a 26yrs old female,wt 52kg,ht 5.1in.pre preg wt 59. i gave birth to a female child on july 4 2011.After 3mts of my postpartum , i am beginning to loss my hair.My hair fall has been worse that i lost more than 60% in 3wks time.It hasn t stopped yet.. i am on AUTRIN AND MAGNECAL TABS.. i consulted my dermatologist she told both anagen and telogen phase hair is falling..Whether its bad? she prescribed ESSVITAL.. whether its safe in lactation? wat should be done to reduce my hairfall .?pls sugget me... i am very much worried abt my hairfall.
