How To Reduce Inflammation On Skin

I had a deep pimple on my cheek near my upper nose slightly under my right eye. I tried to pop it by squeezing it but all that came out was clear fluid and blood. I felt the swelling underneath the pimple, so I squeezed even harder to try to get the fluid to all come out. but it didn't help, so I put salt on it and went to bed. This morning I woke up with my right eye swollen underneath. I don't know how to make the swelling go down. Can you please help me?
