How To Regularize Periods While Having Pcos Treatment?

Hi.I have PCOS & undergoing treatment for the same.My doc has prescribed me to take deviry 10mg to get my periods.Its 10 days since I took my last pill but still dint get my periods.I am also on metformin & thyronorm.My pregnancy test is negative.What could be the reason & what will doctor do to solve my problem?Pl help.
