How To Regulate Body Temperature?
I work in a class 100 cleanroom for 50+ hours per week. I am 52 years old and have started menopause. I'm currently taking meds for that. It is difficult to regulate my body temp and simmer to the point where I'm soaked all day. I think I need to be transferred to a room where I only where a lab coat and I don't overheat All Day.
