How To Relieve Chronic Headache And Sinus With Dry Mouth?

Hi I have suffered migraine since 14 and bad sinuses. I am now 46 and have a migraine or headache for around 5 out 7 days. I always have a dry mouth and a bad taste in my mouth. I have tried all sorts and now I am desperate to have less headaches and better sinuses. I also have a rash on the right hand side of my face that has lasted 6 months so far and in the mornings if I have a headache I experience shaking hands. I also experience a lot of neck ache at the same time as the migraines and nausea from post nasal drip. I feel constantly exhausted as I never feel well and rested.
