How To Stop Heavy And Painful Periods Caused By Polycystic Ovaries?

Hi I am currently on northisterone due to heavy and painful periods and polycystic overies, the doctor recommended this as it would stop the bleeding. Which it did for over a year now, but now it has begun again and i have been bleeding for 3 weeks. The doctor increased my doseage to 2 a day but still I am bleeding I have tried numerous other pills before but nothin has worked for me like this. PLEASE HEL
