How To Treat Urticaria Caused Lesions On Groin And Ear Lobes?

My daughter who is 10 yrs of age, has allergic asthma, and has urticaria too(skin rashes) on and off. She has been rectly getting deep cuts in her grpoin area and behind her ear lobes, it comes and goes, and not caused physically. I tried changing the type of underwear she wears, material etc, thinking it was because of that she was getting cuts in the groin, but it comes even when does not wear an underwear. Please adise. I use Fucidin to apply on ehr cuts whenever she gets it.
