How To Treat A Boil On Vagina Which Is Red And Painful To Touch?

Dear Doctor, i have a boil in right side of Labia minora what to do? is it normal. I am 34, my periods was postponed by 10 days, i went to gynaecologist. she checked me and gave Cycloreg tablet and told that i will get the periods with in 1 week. similarly i got periods on October 24th, but bleeding was less and only for two days. after that this boil got bulged and its painful if i touch and its red in color
