How To Treat A Mole On The Breast?

I have a mole on the side of my left breast. It's pretty symmetrical, but a darker color and I can see pore-like dots in the center that are black looking. Just today the mole started to hurt when I brushed it, but I had been wearing a bra most of the day, so that could have been it. But if I squeeze the mole with my fingernails, it looks like the black spots dislodge themselves, like popping a zit and getting rid of the whitehead. I have had this mole for years, and it doesn't hurt often. Does this warrant going to a dermatologist? I don't have health insurance, so I can't go if it might be just another mole. I did have a dark mole in my right armpit that had to be removed when I was younger, but I never got word back on whether it was cancerous or not.
