How To Treat A Small White Spot On Left Side Of Brain With Elevated Hemocystein Level (70)?

hii sir, actually my fiance had started with a problem 20 days back.At first he started seeing double from his eye sight so went to an eye doctor but the reports of the eye chekup were good.but later when this problem raised e went through a MRI and then a contrast MRI in which was found a very small white spot at the left side of the brain.Then rest of the blood tests eye test were done in which his hemocystein was at 70 level(normal being 5-15).rest all tests are coming normal n doctors are not being clear about the problem.please help me out about this ..is is curable?what precautions to take and what lifetime symptons as i mam getting married to him..can it cause future problems?? please help me sir Thankyou
