How To Treat An Irritated And Soft Penis Head?

I had protected sex about 7 months ago. I may have touched myself after removing the condom but other than that the condom seemed to work ok. FYI the girl had a yeat infection about a week prior to us having sex. About 2 weeks after, I started having stomach pain as well as the need to urinate often. I went and had all the tests done for STD's all came back normal except for Oral Herpes. I was tested again several weeks later and all came back clean. I then had a urinalysis run and it came back clean but was given doxicyine. The problem seemed to go away for about 5 days and then reappeared. I have been tested several times over the past 6 months for Herpes 1 and 2, Gonorea, chlamydia, HIV, Hepetitis and Trich. All have come back normal. I have a irritated penis head that looks quite wrinkley and is a bit red (almost like a sunburn where when you touch it, it turns a different color then goes back to red) I am circumsized too. My penis head is very cold too and my penis itself feels small and not a flacid or soft as before, (almost as if I am not geting good circulation). My primary care physcian says the next step is a urologist. Any suggestions as to what this could be? Sorry for the long question!!
