How To Treat Bacterial Vaginosis With Bleeding And Itching?

I had a pap in jan2010 it was abnormial and at the time thay told me I had bv.but for a yr I have ben bleeding beween periods itching heart papations pain in the lower part of my abdomen and e bv en more pain when I move around a lot the health deparment never sent me for any futher test even though my pap was abnormal that I did not understand well I went today because I spot every time I go to bathroom I am in a lot of pain and more if I move around.but she dident want to do a pap but I incested so she did and she told me I have bv again I sorry but I think that I am hurting to much and burning and itching and bleeding for this to just be bv iam really worried please help!
