How To Treat Benign Hyper-mobility With Tingling,burning,crawling Sensation On The Top Of Head With Hair Loss?

Hi I have been experiencing this tingling burning crawling sensation on the top of my head- like my roots r on fire. I have pretty bad hair loss on the sides and overall thinning of my hair. What s the cause? My blood work is normal including normal thyroid,kidneys etc. I have been evaluated by my rheumatologist and diagnosed with benign hypermobility. Is there any connection with my hair loss/ hair problems? Also the pain in my scalp comes and goes. Thank you.
