How To Treat Bumps On Back?

I have two bumps about 1/2 inch apart dead smack in middle of my back right where my bra clasps they cant really be popped they feel like a bubble and looks like they are puss filled I have had them for 6 days now they dont seem to be getting smaller I was tested 6 days ago for all stds and have not gotten a phone call saying anything wrong my 8 yr old daughter likes to pick and touched the bumps on my back 5 days later she has red bumps all over her legs and arms and one her face near her eye I took her to hospital they said looked like bug bites or allergic reaction was wondering if possibility it is an std and my daughter caught it from touching my bump on my back
