How To Treat Canker Sore On Tongue And Vagina?

I have recently been under a lot of stress and it is that time in menstrual cycle. It is very common that I get canker sores in my mouth at times like this. I have on canker sore on my tongue, but noticed that I also have one on my vagina. This happened before and I was tested, only to find that I had BV. Is it possible, the BV has returned or that another problem has occured?
