How To Treat Dark Sport On My The Head Of My Penis?

Hi I have a dark sport on my the head of my penis. I believe this is a birthmark although I only noticed it in about grade 2. It is a dark brown/black spot that is about a 1 cm in diameter and somewhat circular shaped although blotchy on the outer edges, It is located on the actual head of my penis and it looks somewhat like a Mongolion spot from what I can see on google. Is it possible that this could be a mole? Given the nature of the location, are there dangers to surgeries for removal and is this possible? Can you advise me on the appropriate specialist to consult, your thoughts on what this could be, and if it is possible to have this removed given the sensitivity of its location?
