I am about 10-12 days late on my period. Had one last month.. last time we had unprotected sex was 3 months ago. Having mild cramps and this afternoon started very light pinkish spotting with clear discharge and a little bit of bright orange blood now. Pregnancy test today was negative. What is going on?
