How To Treat Dry Itchy Patch On The Pubis Area?

46yr old woman, suffering for the last 5yrs with dry-patch-of-discolored-white-skin-on-mons-pubis.

When drying area, brown residue is left on white towel.Area itches mostly at night after showering.

Tried most creams, tea tree oil, anti-fungal and steroid creams - no permanent benefits.

Please help!
