How To Treat For Fluid In Fallopian Tube?

I have occuring pain on my lower right pelvis.. i had a ct scan done. and they found a cystic lesion.. then i had a vaginal ultrasound.. and the dr says i have some fluid on my fallopian tube.. is there anything i can do? will the pain eventually go away
